App size optimization

Since the last announcement, WWDC was held after the announcement that the app size was getting bigger and that weekly updates would be made bi-weekly, and just since then, a feature like differential app updates has been included. The download size is now very small.

So we have been testing the updates since last week and have done 3 updates so far and it seems to be working fine.

It looks like we can return to a weekly update interval for the app. The AppClip we are currently building is fast developing due to its nature, and we want to reflect necessary features in a timely manner, so we would like to emphasize the update speed.
