Fixed option buttons

I have been organizing the code for the last week, but I have organized it too much.

In the Settings – Subscription User Only section, there is a toggle button that normally appears for those who have signed up for a subscription, but it was not showing up due to the reorganization of the code.

We have re-adjusted the code and confirmed that it can be displayed.

If you cannot see the button, please exit UN4Tune once and remove it from the task, and the button will appear normally the next time you start the program.
