フランス語、ドイツ語翻訳を追加

フランス語、ドイツ語翻訳を追加しました。

日本語でお使い頂く場合は、設定-UN4Tune-優先する言語を日本語にして下さい。既定の言語に関係なく日本語でご利用頂けます。現在UN4Tuneは、日本で開発しているので日本語/英語を優先して開発しています。

French and German translations added.
To use the software in Japanese, set Settings-UN4Tune-PreferredLanguage to Japanese. You can use UN4Tune in Japanese regardless of the default language. Currently, UN4Tune is being developed in Japan, so Japanese/English is the language of choice.
